In 2010, with a rich tapestry of enterprise and agency recruiting experience under his belt, Bobby Steiner founded Steiner Executive Search Group. Hailing from the charming backdrop of upstate New York and an alma mater of The University at Buffalo, Bobby journeyed to the dynamic city of Charlotte, North Carolina. There, he kickstarted his recruiting voyage with Management Recruiters International (MRI), Charlotte’s crème de la crème of search firms. But he didn’t stop there. After a pivotal stint at Bank of America, Bobby took a bold leap, rallying with his esteemed Alliance Partners and Advisory Board to shape Steiner Executive Search Group. Personifying leadership and driven by unwavering integrity, Bobby Steiner stands as a beacon in the industry, consistently delivering transparent and ahead-of-the-curve services to his clients.

Over his 30-year career in recruitment services, Tom Near has built two extremely successful firms. Initially, Tom was Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a well-known banking technology company. After it was sold to a competitor, Tom began his entrepreneurial career. Within its first five years, his company – Near & Associates – became the fastest-growing organization in the history of MRI. Today, his boutique search firms have served a number of vertical markets including financial services, banking, healthcare, and mortgages.

Polina Mann draws on over 20 years in talent acquisition with Atrium Health, Bank of America, and Ingersoll Rand to leverage her extensive sourcing expertise. She has placed C-Suite, executive, and managerial-level roles in finance, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. In addition to being an Alliance Partner and Advisory Board Member for Steiner Executive Search Group, she is also the proud owner of Mann Talent Solutions, a Charlotte-based retained search firm.

Patrick brings over 15 years of consultative sales, recruiting and staffing experience to Steiner Executive Search Group. A graduate of West Virginia University, Reddin is a well-respected professional in Charlotte. He has supported both contract staffing and permanent placement segments. Today, he utilizes his in-depth knowledge of business development and client engagement to create excellent relationships with his clients.
